Y'all do realize that servers only make $2.15/hour and rely wholly upon their tips
Did you know that it's the ~server~ who has to pick up any unpaid checks

15% = average service
20% = exceptional service and/or fine inning establishment

On a holiday = 20%, at least!

Today I've been getting raves about the food and everyone thanking me for the exceptional service...

Then they tip me 10%!!

Sous'ing dinner tonight
I almost sliced off the tip of my thumb
Saved only by my nail,
Well, what's left of it after I hacked it

I tried to sleep in today, but was WIDE awake by 6:30.
As disappointing as that is, it's probably a good thing my schedule isn't being thrown totally outta whack!
Lots accomplished yesterday, even for the quiet day it was overall.
Today I plan to get more "done," we'll see how that turns out ;)
